Last Frame is a film studio from Bremerhaven, Germany. We write, direct and edit commercials and produce them with generative AI.
AI makes a lot possible that used to take a set, a crew and a big budget. But it doesn’t decide what a scene is about, when a cut lands or why you keep watching to the end. That’s still our job.
We love working on products with personality and for brands that dare to look different. Concept, direction and editing all come from one team.

You tell us briefly what it’s about. To prepare for our first conversation, we sketch your idea for free. Then we agree on the goal, audience, use and scope.

Concept, storyboard and look let you picture the film before it exists. Once you sign off, we produce the agreed scenes.

Edit, color and sound bring it all together. At the end you get the agreed versions, ready to go live.

What does Last Frame do as an AI film studio?
Last Frame develops commercials and brand films with AI-assisted production. The creative process covers concept, direction, visual development, editing, color grading and sound. Together we define in the briefing what a project includes.
Which brands do you make AI ads for?
For product brands and companies that want to show their product through a distinctive cinematic idea. A drink, a lifestyle brand or something that needs explaining: what matters is the task, the creative direction and the right scope.
Do I need a finished idea?
No. A product, a goal and a rough scope are enough for the first conversation. We develop the concept with you or turn your existing idea into a film.
How much does an AI commercial cost?
That depends on the concept, length, number of scenes, how precisely the product has to be shown, the formats and the rounds of revisions, among other things. Once the scope is clear, you get an individual quote. AI doesn’t finish a film at the push of a button.
What is a spec ad?
A spec ad is a self-initiated commercial that shows a creative idea for an existing product. It isn’t commissioned by the brand, so we always label these films.
