Request form
If you send us a request via the request form, we process your details (email address and your request, plus optional details such as name, brand or company, phone number, website, social media profiles and timeline or budget) to handle your request and for any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the request relates to pre-contractual measures or the performance of a contract; otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in handling your request. We store the details until the purpose no longer applies, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.
To deliver the form data to our inbox, we use the EmailJS service of EmailJS Pte. Ltd. (Singapore). Your form details and technical connection data such as your IP address are transferred to EmailJS. EmailJS’s servers are located in the USA. For the data transfer, EmailJS relies on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. We use the service based on our legitimate interest in reliably delivering your request (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). More information: EmailJS privacy policy.
5. Specifics of our workflow
As a video production agency, we use modern software solutions and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to create content (commercials, explainer videos, etc.).
As part of our internal production, we use tools from providers including: Adobe (Firefly), Kling ai, Veo3, Midjourney, Meta AI, Gemini, Elevenlabs, Suno and Nano Banana.
If you provide us with personal data as part of a commission (e.g. names, images, video footage or voice samples), this data is processed in the tools mentioned solely for the purpose of performing the contract in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Internal guidelines ensure that customer data is only processed to the extent necessary. We prefer providers that guarantee processing within the EU or on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
6. Multimedia & fonts
Local embedding of videos
We embed videos as files via our web host Vercel. No data is transferred to video platforms such as YouTube or Vimeo. When a video is loaded, Vercel processes the technical connection data described under “Hosting”. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in presenting our references in an appealing and technically reliable way (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
Google Fonts (local hosting)
This site uses so-called Google Fonts for the uniform display of fonts. The Google Fonts are installed locally on our web server. No connection to Google’s servers takes place, so no IP addresses are transferred to Google.
